  Worst customer service ever. Tried to buy a refrigerator from them TWICE. It was like they didn't care. First fridge was damaged on delivery. I sent it back. They took it off my card and NEVER contacted me. I go back in. Order the same Fridge on a Monday. They said it would be there on Friday. Friday comes. No call. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I call wendesday, no manager will answer the phone. I go in Thursday to cancel my order, and they say, as they are refunding my money, oh, it came in last Friday. I was not about to buy a fridge from them and then have to deal with them if something went wrong. Never have I ever had any experience like this before. This store does not care about customers.
