  I just stopped at your 5820 hopkinsville road Cadiz, KY 42211 and the customer service was terrible. I bought 2 packs of carrot sticks for my kids, got to the car and opened them and they had a white film all over the carrot's. The packages did have dipping sauce to which I hadn't opened yet so I was not going to feed those to my kids. I went back inside minutes later and said I wanted a refund. The older woman working at that time questioned me about as to why I was returning them even after I pointed out the white film. She then asked when the expiration date was. Then she proceeded to ask the cashier when I came in after I had just walked out of the store minutes ago. I felt that this was unnecessary and rude. There shouldn't be any question about a returned food item especially since I literally just purchased it. And after all of the questioning I was not even offered an apology. I am very upset by this stores lake of customer service!!!
